HOW OFTEN SHOULD YOU WORKOUT TO LOSE WEIGHT
Men are as conscious of their bodies as women are of theirs. Like young girls, young boys too start taking care of their appearance from a very young age. By age 18, boys enroll themselves in gymnasiums and try weight lifting. Some boys dabble in sports, swimming etc till age catches up and along with it responsibilities too. Till 35 years of age, some men neglect their looks, until a paunch rings alarm bells. The question is how often should men workout to lose weight and build biceps?
Men have the added advantage of gaining inches till the age of 21, unlike girls who stop growing tall at the age of 18.
Hitting the gym at age 21 is ideal. Pushups, weight lifting, walking on the treadmill, a few cardio exercises and exercises that flatten the tummy are a must. But, ensure that you do not overdo. Over-exercising has caused more harm than good; it has been fatal too!! An expert instructor will instruct you the kind of exercises you must perform according to your age, weight, height and the kind of ailments you may suffer from.
Along with exercising, following a strict diet is important too. A balanced diet which includes protein, calcium, vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates etc is a must.

Now with the palms to support you, lift yourselves with the elbows. While some men succeed in lifting their entire body off the ground, some can lift only the upper torso.

Weight-lifting
Most men pretend to lift weighty weights and ping pongs. This tones the biceps and men gain in strength too. While it may be strenuous in the beginning, in due course, you could feel as though lifting a feather!

Sometimes it may not be possible to perform weight training etc in a gym. Under such circumstances, you should try simple exercises at home.
